Cloudy's journey started a little rough. We don't know everything she's been through before arriving at the adoption center, but when she first came to us, she was incredibly shy and fearful. If you even hinted at coming over to visit with her, she'd disappear into hiding immediately, usually after offering a very loud hiss.
But over time, with patient care, slow movements, and a team committed to earning her trust instead of rushing it, Cloudy started letting her guard down little by little. She still approaches the world carefully, scouting every room before entering and thinking things through before committing to affection.
But if you can get past the tiny fortress she's built around herself and land a scratch on the top of her head? Game over. She's yours forever.
Underneath all that caution is a sweet girl who loves other cats, adores curling up under blankets, and just wants to feel safe enough to be herself.
