Description: Short/medium hair, tan colored. Was wearing a blue Kong vest and a green collar with microchip tag (yellow) and rabies tag (red). He was dragging a blue retractable leash behind him when he ran off. Please call me at (919) 724-0993 if you see him. He took off running around the Deck Hill area in Boone, NC. He was last seen heading for Trillium Ridge as of 8:20 PM on 07/30/2024. Rosco is very shy/scared of people but loves other dogs. He is not very food motivated, but still worth a shot. I'd recommend luring him with a dog if you have one.
