Meet Zoey - Loyal, Loving, and Ready for Her New Beginning
Zoey's life has taken a few unexpected turns, but through every chapter, she has remained steady, sweet, and full of love. After losing her beloved owner, and later being returned due to a family divorce, this gentle girl is once again looking for a family she can call her own.
Zoey has spent most of her life in a home with kids and absolutely adored them-she was a regular playmate to a 10-, 8-, and 5-year-old, and would let them climb, cuddle, and even "ride" her during their games. She has a soft, patient nature that makes her a wonderful fit for a family with children.
With other dogs, Zoey has done well in the past, especially in a yard where she can stretch her legs and explore. In her most recent home, she and her canine companion Bo were kept separate from the smaller dogs, so a meet-and-greet would be best to set her up for success. She hasn't lived with cats before and would likely do best in a feline-free home.
Zoey's activity level is perfectly balanced-she'll get the zoomies when she's excited, but she's just as happy to curl up on the couch for a nap. She's house-trained to the best of our knowledge, crate-trained, and though she tends to pull on leash, she's eager to learn and tries her best.
This sweet girl has weathered a lot of change, but her heart is still wide open. Zoey is ready for stability, kindness, and a family who will cherish her for the rest of her days.
If you're looking for a loyal companion with a gentle soul and a lifetime of love to give, Zoey is waiting.
