Supersonic is sponsored by Alison VanDyke in memory of Uncle David, lover & supporter of many animals. AND Supersonic is sponsored by Michelle Kowalski of Franklin Real Estate Services. AND Supersonic is sponsored by Taylor Frein.
Supersonic is about to hit his one-month mark with us and somehow, somehow, he has not been sponsored yet. We've checked twice. It feels suspicious.
Supersonic sounds like he should come with racing stripes. Instead, he comes with a whisper.
He's deeply sweet, the kind of cat who asks for attention with the smallest little cry, barely louder than a hum. Not demanding. Just hopeful.
Despite the name, Supersonic isn't here for chaos. He's here for laps. At a recent meet-and-greet, he climbed up, tucked himself in, and stayed for a full twenty minutes, purring like he had nowhere else to be. No grand entrance. No dramatic flair. Just comfort. ??
The adoption center can feel big and loud to him. Sudden noises, especially barking dogs, make him flinch and retreat. He's not a fan of being picked up either, which feels understandable when the world rarely settles.
If you've been waiting for a sign to sponsor a cat, this might be it. And if sponsoring isn't an option right now, Supersonic could really use a push, shared to all corners of the internet at (you guessed it) supersonic speeds.
