Watauga Humane Society, along with chili from Bistro Roca, beat out all other chilis at this year's Winterfest Rotary Chili Challenge. Monetary "votes" in the amount of $904.00 and a $100.00 People's Choice Award was given to the Humane Society and a fantastic trophy to Bistro Roca.
